I think I may have figured out where the Speed Demon also went. After looking through the videos that make up the TerminalMontage Cinematic Universe, the only speedrunner that really popped out other than Mario was Breath of the Wild Link. While there were some other speedrunners, like Samus and Fox, I'm pretty sure that their videos happen before the events regarding Speed Demon Mario. Therefore, we see them after their speedruns and they aren't possessed. Breath of the Wild Link, on the other hand, is never seen in the Speed Mario Timeline and is basically from a different timeline, which would match up with what the Luma near the end said. Granted, I'm still not sure what the timeline numbers "19411" mean, but the fact that Breath of the Wild Link is in a different timeline and is a crazed speedrunner supports the idea that the place that the Speed Demon said he had gone to was Breath of the Wild's Hyrule, and when there, he took over Link. This is just a theory, though, so don't take this as fact :)
